Terms
Terms of use
The rules for using Creno, in plain words — including how Creno Pro’s trial, renewal, cancelling and refunds work.
Last updated 4 October 2026.
Who we are
Creno is provided by YZO Labs, a company registered in France (“we”). By creating an account or using Creno, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@creno.io
Your account
- An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
Creno Pro
- Every planning feature is free. Creno Pro adds the assistant: chat, voice mode, live web answers and photos to tasks.
- Pro costs $12.99 a month or $119.99 a year, or the equivalent in your currency, with any tax, exactly as shown before you pay — by Apple in the iPhone app, or at checkout on the web.
- Free trial: new subscribers get 7 days free, once per account. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; otherwise the plan you chose starts when it ends.
- Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Cancelling: bought in the iPhone app — in your iPhone’s Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Bought on the web — in Settings → Creno Pro → Manage subscription.
- Price changes are announced before they apply to you, and you can cancel before they do.
Refunds
- Bought in the iPhone app: payments go through Apple, which handles refunds under its own policy — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Bought on the web: if you live in the European Union you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Starting Pro means you ask us to begin the service straight away; if you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we refund that payment in full. Beyond that, payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.
Fair use
Pro has no meter and no usage cap you need to watch. To keep the assistant running for everyone, use far beyond any normal use — for example an automated script, or voice mode left talking for hours — can pause the assistant for that account for a while; it says when it will be back, and everything else in Creno keeps working. Automated or shared use of an account is not allowed.
The assistant
- The assistant uses artificial intelligence. It can be wrong — about your plan, about the world, about opening hours, prices, distances or travel times. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
- It is not professional advice: not medical, legal, financial or safety advice.
- It changes your planner only when you approve a change (Apply, or saying “do it”), and changes can be undone.
- What it finds on the web comes from third parties, which are responsible for it.
Your content
- What you put in Creno stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Creno for you, with the services listed in the privacy policy.
- Do not use Creno for anything unlawful or to harm others. We may suspend an account that does.
Sharing your schedule
- You decide what each person sees, and you can stop sharing at any time. Before you share, Creno shows you exactly what they will see; check it, especially before showing titles or details.
- Even busy times alone, seen over weeks, can tell someone about your routine. Share only with people you trust, and only as much as you need to.
- An invite link is for the one person you send it to. Anyone who opens it first can accept it, so send it privately. You can turn a link off, and remove anyone who accepted, at any time.
- When someone shares with you, what you see is theirs. Use it only to plan with them: do not copy it elsewhere, share it on, or use it to watch or pressure them. We may suspend an account that does.
- Shared schedules show what is in Creno at the time — only what you plan in Creno, not meetings in other calendars. We do our best to keep them accurate and current, but do not rely on them for anything where a mistake could cause harm.
- Creno is not for children under 13. Sharing a schedule between a young person and their parent or guardian is fine.
- If someone misuses a shared schedule, or something about sharing looks wrong, report it to support@creno.io.
The service
- We work to keep Creno available and your data safe, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything vital — Settings → Privacy & data → Download my data.
- We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Pro, we will tell you ahead of time and refund any period you paid for and could not use.
- The iPhone app is also covered by Apple’s standard licensed application end user license agreement.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by relying on the assistant without checking. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and significant changes are announced in the app before they apply.
